Clever Authentication issues:
If your district is experiencing authentication issues with Clever, adding the following URL to the district firewall allowed list will resolve this: https://sso-middleman.sso-prod.il-apps.com/
Please notify your district technology staff that this URL needs to be added to their allowed URL list.

Throughout the year, Edgenuity will be performing regular system maintenance sessions to improve our customer experience. Edgenuity Upcoming System Upgrade Schedule Dec 2, 20:00 - Dec 3, 02:00 MST
To accommodate the increased volume of students utilizing Edgenuity, we will be upgrading a portion of the Edgenuity infrastructure on Thursday, December 2nd.

Starting at 7:00 pm PST/10:00 pm EST, some students and educators may experience issues logging in, system slowness, and other errors for approximately six hours.

This outage will only affect some users, and those affected will be contacted directly.
