On Wednesday December 11th, 2019 from 8:00 am to 8:30 AM Arizona time our 3rd party vendor, E-Rater, will be conducting a scheduled maintenance outage to upgrade their software. During this time E-Rater, which is an automated tool to grade essays and journals, will not be available on our Edgenuity LMS.

DURATION: The upgrade is scheduled to take 30 minutes.

We understand there is no ideal time to perform routine maintenance, and thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to maximize our customer experience. If you have questions regarding this maintenance, please email customersupport@edgenuity.com.
